To add a family member, click ‘Account’ tab in the bottom right. Click ‘My Family.’ Click the purple ‘+’ in the top right. Enter first name, last name, email address, and relation. Slide the ‘Give me camera access’ to the on position (right) and click ‘save.’
Family members can be only added by the administrative account holders (parents/guardians). Family members can only view the baby via live stream and participate in the family chat; they cannot view educational resources or text, photos, and videos sent from the care team.
