In order to gain access to AngelEye, your account must first be created using your email address. You will receive an invitation email to the email address provided on the consent form. From this email, click the button that says ‘Open AngelEye and Set Password.’
The invitation email will look something like this:
Create/confirm your password, and click ‘Submit.’
If you are a parent or guardian and did not receive an email invitation, please reach out to the hospital staff to verify that your information was entered correctly. If you are not a parent or guardian and did not receive an email invitation, please contact the parent of the patient you are trying to view.
