Your account is temporarily locked after four unsuccessful login attempts. There are two ways to unlock your account:


  1. You can wait for 15 minutes for it to unlock on its own. 

  2. You will receive an email notification if your account has been locked. In that email, there will be a link entitled ‘Unlock your account.’ Clicking that link will take you to the original login page, which will now be unlocked. Here you can enter your email address and password, as usual, but you must ensure that you are using the correct credentials or your account will be locked again after four incorrect attempts.
